Product introduction
HCQ-630 automatic screw sleeve assembly equipment is developed for the product needs to be assembled with wire screw sleeves or self-tapping screw sleeves. The equipment uses CCD visual system to guide the servo screw execution module to accurately locate the installation hole of the product, and then automatically installs the screw sleeves supplied by the automatic screw feeding system to the product. During the installation, the installation torque and height are monitored in real time. After the installation is complete, the installation data is recorded in a table.
